Sam Mason

Psychotherapist

I am an integrative psychotherapist based in London.

My core approach is person-centred, blending in elements of other modalities to support the therapeutic process. I set out to find, not fix.

I have a special interest in addiction, compulsive behaviours, and codependency. Over time, these patterns can leave us feeling stuck, isolated, or disconnected from ourselves and others. I invite clients to explore not just the patterns and behaviours, but the underlying wounds, feelings and beliefs that could be sustaining them.

My experience in case management has given me a pragmatic understanding of treatment pathways for complex behavioural and mental health.

I hold a PGDip in Addiction Psychology and Counselling. Alongside my work as a therapist, I am currently conducting MSc research in the field of Addiction Psychology at London South Bank University.
